Recustom provides business accounts, connected commerce workflows, and personalized order fulfillment. The choices available to you depend on whether you are a merchant, a merchant team member, or the customer of a merchant.
Recustom does not sell personal data for money and does not use merchant customer data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our current marketing site does not set third-party advertising cookies.
02Merchant account choices
- Access and correction. Review account, store, product, order, and billing information in the dashboard or request a copy.
- Connected stores. Disconnect a store or remove Recustom permissions through the connected platform where the feature is available.
- Subscription. Cancel renewal through the applicable Recustom, Shopify, or Stripe billing controls.
- Deletion. Request closure and deletion of eligible account data, subject to accepted orders, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal retention.
- Portability. Request a commonly used electronic copy of eligible personal data.
03Storefront customer requests
If you bought a personalized product from a merchant that uses Recustom, contact that merchant first. The merchant controls the storefront relationship and can identify the relevant order. Recustom supports verified merchant requests for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of order data.
If the merchant is unavailable, email hello@recustom.ai with the store domain, order reference, approximate order date, your request, and a safe way to contact you. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request them through a secure method.
04Communication choices
You can unsubscribe from optional marketing email using the link in the message or by contacting support. We may still send transactional and service communications about authentication, billing, orders, security, support, policy changes, or account operation.
05Regional privacy rights
Depending on your location and our role, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive personal data, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and appeal a decision. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Recustom does not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is currently no separate sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to apply to Recustom marketing-site data.
06How to make a request
Email hello@recustom.ai and describe the right you want to exercise. Include the email used for your Recustom account or, for an order request, the relevant merchant and order reference. We may ask for additional information to verify identity, authority, and scope. We use verification data only to process and document the request.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny or limit a request, we will explain the reason and available appeal method where required.
