Simple plans. Better product margins.

No. You can start on Free without a credit card. Upgrade when you need more Credits, unlimited store connections, lower product pricing, or Pro operations and support.

Yes. Free and Pro both include Recustom Product, Launch, Production, and Fulfillment Skills. The AI agent calls and coordinates the right Skills for each task. Plans differ by monthly Credits, store capacity, product pricing, operational tools, and support—not by which Skills you can access.

No. Orders are unlimited on every plan. Free supports 1 connected store, while Pro supports unlimited store connections.

Pro applies a 20% discount to eligible regular product pricing. The discount lowers product cost on each eligible order and is separate from the monthly or annual plan fee.

Credits are shared by every store in your Recustom account and never expire while the account remains open. Before each run, the server quotes the exact cost: a new standard image, regeneration, or edit costs 20 Credits, while listing text and reusing a previously paid image cost 0 Credits. Free grants 1,000 Credits monthly; Pro grants 10,000, 30,000, or 60,000 monthly. Annual Pro plans are paid yearly but grant Credits monthly. Each US$25 Add-on includes 10,000 Credits. System failures return unused Credits; Add-ons are non-refundable except where required by law or for qualifying billing errors.

Recustom Pro is billed through Shopify. Connect a Shopify store from your Recustom account, then choose a plan on the Shopify plans page. Without a Shopify store, every other channel stays free and you pay as you go for Credits and fulfillment.

No. Print partner costs and payment processing fees are billed separately. Recustom keeps those operational costs visible instead of hiding them inside the plan price.

You do not need to source or integrate a supplier to start. Recustom can route approved orders through connected partners. Pro customers may also add an existing supplier when needed.

Yes. You can cancel renewal at any time from the Shopify plans page that manages your subscription. Pro remains active through the paid billing period, then the account returns to Free with 1 active store; your Credits remain shared and do not expire.
